My First October Menu Monday

Monday: Chickpea Noodle Soup with Apple Pecan salad

Tuesday: Indian – dahl, naan, and Kitchen’s of India Navratan Korma

Wednesday: Eat out – tofu with black bean sauce

Thursday: Paninis and left over dahl made into veggie soup

Friday: Slow Cooker Potato Soup

Saturday: Lasagna – recipe to follow or try this one

Sunday: Adzuki Bean Stew with toasty hunk of bread
