		<description>We have a small garden here in Seattle and I just love visiting my tomato plants (5 varieties) and watching them grow. We also have planted lettuce in a pot, which is great because it has kept it from bolting as you suggest. We have had 1-2 salads a week out of it for over a month! I find the lettuce much more tender and flavorful than store-bought.</description>
